A strange and unfamiliar screen on Apple Watch with watchOS 9.2

Hello everyone,

I keep Apple Watch on my wrist even during sleeping hours, but last night, for some reason, I woke up and noticed a strange screen (see attached) on Watch that does not appear on the WatchOS 9.x user manual and so I have no idea what it means. Upon pressing the side crown, the Watch screen appeared again.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Many Thanks

Hey Sisto Zanier,

Did you recently changed your watch face or set it as a photo album? Did you install any third-party app recently? It's possible that the photo album you set as your watch face that didn't load properly.

Let us know and we'll look further into this with you. In the meantime, check out this user guide to learn more about customizing your watch face: Customize the watch face

Cheers!

Hi BrianK90,

yes, I have changed the watch face several times, but using only the standard Apple ones.

I didn't set it up the watch as a photo album and, yes, there are some third party Apps, but automatically imported from iPhone during the initial setup, about 4 months and since then the problem has never occurred. The last third-party App I installed about a two weeks ago is "The Weather," but I have no way of knowing if that is the cause.

Thanks for the support

Sisto
