I guess the touch sensor have issue. It can't sense my finger.
Previously the problem was solved using hardware troubleshooting but if it continues to do this and I need to use trouble shooting each time, it takes away my time!

Maybe or maybe not. Paying to have something fixed (if necessary) depends on that Mac's AppleCare status. The Check your service and support coverage link on that page will answer that question.
I tried get started but it asked to contact apple support. I bought the macbook from best buy. Will apple support charge me if I go there for help now?
