No sound during calls

When I answer the phone, I can't hear the person on the other line, nor can they hear me.

when I place the call and THEY answer, I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. This just started happening.

there is no problem with Ringtone, i can hear the incoming call sound and when I use whatsapp calling there is no issue as well. Its just regular call problem.
