Gen 3 tv has poor and opaque color. Don’t know how to fix or is the unit faulty

Colors are washed out poor gamut Can’t find anything that remotely helps me solve this issue. Is my unit faulty?

Is this about a new Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) (2022)?
