safari won't allow me to save web page

Hi,

I have MacBook Air, M1 working with macOS Ventura 13.1.

Safari is Version 16.2 (18614.3.7.1.5).

From today Safari won't allow me to save web page, on dialog 'save' button is disabled, and I could only quit dialog with escape key.

Saving downloads file which use same dialog has the same problem.

I saw that others had the same problem, does anybody knows solution without reinstalling OS again?

Thanks for your answers.

I understand you want to save a web page using Safari's File menu > Save As... selection, but one quick question: where are you trying to save them?

Some locations are off-limits and the Save button will be "greyed-out" if you try to save a document to those locations.
