iPhone won’t stay fully in sleep mode

I get my sleep notification during wind down. All my screens go darker and my dont disturb me turns on. The other night I wake up with an Uber notification (an ad) at 3 am. I grumpily set an alarm because I am too tired to figure it out and I wake up in the morning and move on with my day. I manually make sure it’s in sleep mode the next night and head back to bed. Since then I keep getting woken up an hour before my sleep alarm. The alarm is still set to wake me up, my sleep schedule is still in tact, but at some point during the night my focus section turned off so that any ad or annoying message can come through. No idea what time it’s turning off but I’m about to Chuck my phone out a window,

anyone else have this problem? Anyone else have any fixes?
