did not get box or invoice after paying for repair

I paid £226 for an iPhone screen replacement a few weeks ago and still haven't received the box to send it off or the recipe/invoice, I also haven't got a repair ID so I can't even chase it up on the apple website

Waiting ridiculously long for repair I recently paid for my phone screen to be repaired and was told a box with shipping instructions would be sent within 2 days (it's been 6) there have been 0 updates on the website about the repair. RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART On 14-10-2023, I received a screen damaged iPhone 14, However it was open box delivery, but delivery agent just open the box and took back side photo of phone and handed over to me. Later when I opened the box and uncovered the screen I found that it is damage. I tried to return from flipkart but they are denying to return by saying it was open box delivery. And they also mentioned that the replacement period is 7 days after delivery but only Apple can replace this. Any suggestion what to do?

replacement of iphone 13 promax i got a gift iphone 13 promax, but it screen is damaged without any external force which cover by iphone warranty policy. now i am in uae, I dont have receipt of purchase, how can I get remedy from iphone service center. it is witihin the warranty period
