Refund request for purchases on Apple store
My 9 year old daughter made purchases for a total of 1200 euros on the Apple store without being aware of what was doing. I asked for a refund of this amount but for the moment Apple refuses this refund.
I am in good faith and this purchase does not correspond at all to my shopping habits. What can I do or transmit to the Apple site reportaproblem.apple.com to prove my sincerity.
