Reducing clutter on MacBook Air

I have 2 MacBook Airs one with 500GB and the other with 250GB storage. I use the same user account on both.

The smaller storage size Mac has just about 4GB free space left.

Can I delete Music, Pictures, Dropbox folder from the 250GB Mac without affecting the 500GB Mac, since I use the same user account on both?

Thanks

Yes, although I suggest removing the contents of those folders rather than the folders themselves — which are created by default: Folders that come with your Mac - Apple Support. An empty folder occupies no space.

For reference: Free up storage space on your Mac - Apple Support, and Optimize storage space on your Mac - Apple Support.

Actions in a User Account on one Mac do not affect the same User Account on another Mac, to the extent they are not both using iCloud's Desktop and Documents: Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive - Apple Support.
