Keep in mind your Apple ID uses an email address, however it is separate from the actual email address' account. Once you are able to access your Apple ID account, you can change the email address associated with it to one which is current for you: Change your Apple ID

If you do not have access to the primary email on your Apple ID, then you'd want to try to reset the Apple ID password using the information here: If you forgot your Apple ID password

Once you've reset the Apple ID password, you can then change the email address on file: Change your Apple ID

You'd need to take these steps yourself, as no one else would have access your Apple ID account.

These ae just User-to-User forums. You need to change this yourself. No on here has access to your Apple Account (which is a good thing, BTW). So, call Apple, informing an Apple Rep that you want to change the assigned phone number to your account. If permitted, the Apple Rep would make the change.

• Proceed from there, as necessary
• Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
