iPhone Trade-In - UPS shows arrived

I traded in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the new iPhone 14. According to Apple, we only have 2 weeks for them to receive. I've tracked my trade-in with UPS and it was delivered and signed for, but my Apple status reflects no trade-in received. I am approaching the 14 days. Should I be worried? Why does it show UPS delivered, but Apple shows no status?
