TotalAV for iPhone
Is this recently promoted app and security product recommended by Apple and does anyone have any experience with its quality on the iPhone.

It is totally useless, and is never recommended by Apple, who don’t recommend any antivirus for iPhones because they don’t need it. The built in security is superior to any 3rd party product, and the way it is designed the built in security prevents antivirus products from working.
