Weather information issue after update to iOS 16

Hello,

I found little issue with Weather application which shows diffrent weather information. Issue occurs on iPhone 8 plus (first screen), 11, 13 pro with iOS 16.2 but is ok on iPhone 7 with iOS 15.7.2 (second screen).

Screenshots made on the same time and the same place.

Anyone know why it is happening?
