Has Anyone Solved the Problem with Car Bluetooth Sound Quality and Burbling?

Suddenly my iPhone 11 stopped working well with my car Bluetooth.

The phone is up to date with iOS 16.2

I have tried it with my Apple watch on and also turned off with no difference in the poor sound.

I tested my car's Bluetooth by unpairing my iPhone and pairing an Android phone. The sound quality was astoundingly clear.

I went to the Apple store and was told the software was fine and to reset the phone. I did it there and went out to the car to test it. No change in the poor quality of sound using Bluetooth.

When I got home Apple checked the hardware and said that everything is okay.

I waited for the last iOS update hoping that the problem would be fixed. No joy. I'm ready to leave Apple after many years and several devices and move to Android.
