Deleted an child apple account but I I can’t sign out from the iAd

I created an child account for my ipad, I tried to sign out because it was getting kind of complicated to use it but I couldn’t because it was a child account and the only way to get rid of it was to get pass the account to someone else or deleting it, so I end up deleting it, But that account is still sign in and I can’t do anything
