iPhone 14 delivery failed and is being sent back to Apple

hi, i ordered the iphone 14 and i received my trade in kit today but when i go to track my phone it says fed ex was unable to deliver it and they are shipping my phone back to apple, but i have already paid for it ?

You will need to be in contact with the shipper and/or Apple. We are just other users and have no access to orders or any records.
