This can be a bit of a trouble (it can happen on any device). One thing to try first is to make sure that you have installed the Wacom Driver. These article should help. Is there a driver for macOS 13, Ventura? – Wacom

I have the same problem. They couldn’t help me. I try a new user and it start working. Then I migrate with Time Machine to the new user and is still not working. So frustrating.
I have deinstalled and reinstalled the latest Wacom software/driver... been walked through this with their technicians... it works for a while and then doesn't. Spent hours with technicians... this is very frustrating.
Literally nothing worked. Wacom suggested going back to the former OS system, but the apple technician I spoke with (because I called them too) said they wouldn't recommend that because of security issues. Ugh... I cannot understand why these tech companies do not have their programmers speaking with each other. I kicked up a stink with Wacom... I can only imagine that a good percentage of their users have Apple computers.. why would they not have software that is compatible and up to date with the latest software???
I can’t work without wacom. I talk to apple. Because now when my wacom stop working my photoshop has issues too! So the option I have is to format my computer and bring all manually.
Wacom should have worked with apple before releasing the products to buyers. They should have informed us/buyers about the issue to be fair.
