YouTube Casting/Local Network Access

Hi,

I'm having a weird issue. I updated my iPad Air 5 to 16.2 and now YouTube keeps asking me to enable Local Network Access in order to cast to my Apple TV.

It's already enabled, I disabled it and re-enabled it but I kept getting this error. I also factory reset the iPad but it didn't help.

It's also happening with other castable Apps like Netflix. Screen Mirroring is working fine and able to discover the Apple TV.

Note: This issue is NOT happening on my iPhone running 16.2

Any idea?
