I have been trying for a long time to convert a pptx file to pdf and keep the fonts.
Every time I convert the file the fonts change even though I updated them on the computer.
What can be done to solve the problem?

Check your PowerPoint preferences. In Powerpoint > Preferences > Output & Sharing > Save, make sure that "Embed fonts in the file" is enabled.

How are you trying to do this conversion? Have you tried just printing to PDF?
