My phone heats?

My iPhone 12 mini often temporarily disabled the flashlight because of high temperature, but my phone gets hot when playing simple games like 3D Games like Roblox, Car simulator2 etc. those games have a lot of detail but the fact that by DEFAULT my iPhone plays the games on the HIGHEST Settings should mean that it can handle it well, but getting hot after 10 minutes of playing those games and letting the battery go down fast is a red flag 🚩. The heat management is not as good as Apple should be a company of this quality should be the best, not the worst.
