Moved house, don’t know where my iPad and it has Bluetooth off.

Is there any way to remotely activate Bluetooth on my iPad from my phone so that I can use find my iPad to locate it?

no, and you can't use find my by bluetooth, you need an internet connection on both devices

I see many answers to this question which pre-date the introduction of AirTags and AirPods, both of which use bluetooth to relay their location to other Apple devices which in turn relay the location of the AirTag to iCloud. Do iPhones do the same or a similar thing? Please only answer if you actually know the answer for *bluetooth* on modern iPhones. I have already seen all possible speculative answers and they won't be helpful. Thanks :)
