Purchased ringtone not showing up in new iphone

I bought a few ringtones in 2019 on my previous iphone. I got a new iphone recently and im trying to download my purchases. I went on “sound and haptic” and “download all purchased tones”, but the purchases dont appear at all. I went to the itunes store and searched for the ringtones, it seems i have to pay again to get the ringtones??? Im in the same apple id on both phones, how come i cant get back my purchased ringtones on the new iphone?

Hi there vivienne8,

To start, you'll want to check to see that your ringtones aren't already on your iPhone. Then, be sure you're following these steps to attempt to redownload them:

1. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics.

2. Under Sounds and Haptic Patterns, tap any sound.

3. Tap Download All Purchased Tones. You might not see this option if you already downloaded all the tones that you purchased or if you haven't purchased any tones.

If you still don't see them and you aren't able to redownload them, they may no longer be available:
