Can’t select find my iPhone in settings and it’s greyed out

I found that there were updated terms and conditions on iCloud, and these had to be accepted. Once accepted the fund my feature was restored.

to accept these go to settings > Apple ID (your name at the top) > iCloud

and from there accept the terms and conditions
