Bought a replacement air pod pro and found mine the day new one arrived
I bought a replacement air pod pro. I found mine the day the new one arrive. I have not opened box. I called apple and was told it cannot be returned. I have looked and looked and no where can I find anything that says a replacement can not be returned if box is unopened and seal not broken. What I do find is where it says you have 14 days to returned apple products. Can someone help me, I do not need this replacement and I really need my money back instead.
