Phone apps only work with wifi

I have a iPhone 14 just got it a month ago, my phone apps only work when I have wifi on. How can I fix this problem because I got a new phone thinking it was something with my old iPhone?

It is possible that the issue may be with the "Wi-Fi Calling" feature on your iPhone. To turn off this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on "Phone"
  3. Tap on "Wi-Fi Calling"
  4. Toggle the switch to the off position.

If this does not fix the issue and your phone apps are still only working with wifi, it is possible there may be a problem with your phone's cellular data connection. You can try resetting your network settings or contacting your mobile carrier for further assistance.

There could be a few different reasons why your apps are only working with WiFi. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your mobile data connection: Make sure that your phone's mobile data connection is turned on and working properly. To do this, go to Settings > Cellular and check that the toggle switch next to "Cellular Data" is turned on.
  2. Check your mobile data usage: If you have a limited data plan, you may have reached your data limit for the month. You can check your data usage by going to Settings > Cellular and scrolling down to "Cellular Data Usage".
  3. Restart your phone: Sometimes a simple restart can help fix minor issues with your phone. To restart your iPhone, press and hold the power button until the "Slide to Power Off" slider appears. Slide the slider to turn off your phone, and then press and hold the power button again to turn it back on.
  4. Check for updates: Make sure that your phone's operating system and app updates are up to date. To check for updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.
  5. Check your WiFi connection: If your apps are only working with WiFi, it's possible that there is an issue with your WiFi connection. Make sure that your WiFi is turned on and connected to a network, and try restarting your router if the connection is unstable.

If these steps don't help fix the issue, it's possible that there may be a problem with your phone or with one of the apps you are using. In this case, you may want to try contacting Apple Support for further assistance.
