What is the Apple app with a white background and pink heart?

So basically I have this app on my phone (I've lost my phone so I can't use it to find the app) with a white background and a pink heart. It might have other details that I can't remember but I think it's a default apple app used for health and fitness. However, it's not downloaded on my laptop or iPad and I can't remember the name to search it in the App Store.
