My card won’t add suddenly

My cash app card won’t add suddenly. Why? Everything is correct but it keeps saying to correct stuff. Mom checked over and over. Nothing is wrong. She could add her card.

If you are seeing an error message saying "There is an issue with your payment method" when trying to add a payment method to your account, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check that the payment method information you entered is correct, including the card number, expiration date, and security code.

2. Make sure that the payment method is not expired and that you have sufficient funds available on the card or in your account.

3. If you are using a debit or credit card, check with the issuer to make sure that the card has not been reported lost or stolen, or that there are no other issues with the card.

4. If you are using a prepaid card, make sure that it is properly activated and loaded with sufficient funds.

5. If you are using a payment method from a different country, check with the issuer to make sure that the payment method is accepted for use in your region.

6. If you are using a payment method that is linked to a mobile wallet or online payment service, make sure that the payment method is properly linked and that the service is working properly.

7. Restart your device and try making the purchase again.

8. Remove the payment method from your account and re-add it, making sure to enter the information correctly.

9. Contact the payment method issuer or customer support for further assistance.

If none of these steps help, you may need to try adding a different payment method to your account or contact the payment method issuer or customer support for further assistance.
