I had to unsubscribe the app DMV 2023 on the morning Dec, 31, but it still charged my wallet 9.99$, I need to report it

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
