No cursor in new Angry Birds Reloaded

I did not have a cursor appear when I first played the game. However, it was still there but unable to be seen. SOLUTION... Found by accident that if you keep moving the cursor during game loading that the cursor stays into the game.

Game Pigeon isn't working I've had game pigeon downloaded for a while, but for some reason it is no longer working. When I click on a game which was sent to me, it prompts me to click on the game pigeon sticker above my keyboard, but clicking does nothing. Opening game pigeon on the app store doesn't help as well. I also tried deleting it, but holding down on the sticker doesn't make the little x show up where I would delete it, help!

Infuriating 'Marquee' Tool Cursor Causes Mouse to Disappear! I NEVER use the marquee tool - but often edit automation point by point. When doing this, the mouse cursor disappears and is replaced by the marquee tool - a tiny crosshair that is barely visible. Shaking, moving, clicking, or pressing a hotkey to make my cursor visible again is infuriating and a waste of time, but these seem to be the only options available... Is it possible to replace the barely visible crosshair with a different graphic? Or, is it possible to permanently disable the marquee tool altogether? I thought I had discovered a workaround - using an app called 'mousecape', which enables the use of custom mouse cursors as well as editing existing cursors - but unfortunately this does not prevent the cursor from reverting to the dreaded marquee crosshair when editing automation points in Logic. Please advise!
