Green screen only- Help

Everything works fine on it. I downloaded the iTunes app and signed into my account. I tried to watch a movie from my library and all I got was a green screen. I downloaded it and I still got a green screen. The audio is perfect, nothing wrong with it.

Is this happening on the latest version of iTunes? You'll want to be sure that you have the latest version downloaded. Updates contain bug fixes that can help the app to function as expect.


Update to the latest version of iTunes- Apple Support


1. Open iTunes.
2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Help > Check for Updates.
3. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
