Ask to buy still not working

Ask to buy function stopped working overnight and gone through all steps in apples help pages and still not working.

child has ipad and i am approving using iphone

need help please…

Here are a few more steps you can try to fix the ask to buy function:

  1. Make sure that both your device and your child's device are signed in to the same Apple ID in iCloud.
  2. Check if you have set up the ask to buy feature correctly. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing and make sure that "Ask to Buy" is turned on.
  3. Try signing out of iCloud on both devices and then signing back in again.
  4. Restart both devices.
  5. If you are still having trouble, try resetting the network settings on both devices. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap "Reset Network Settings."
  6. If the problem persists, try contacting Apple Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue further or escalate the problem to their technical team for resolution.
