Okay so I can login to my mail online, but not on my phone. I have went through every troubleshooting step and nothing. I have plenty of iCloud storage. When I go to login, I press login and it just stays on the page after it tries to verify. I’ve never had this problem before. Any help will be appreciated

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! If you try from another network, are you able to login? We ask because as noted in the following article that can help:
If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud
If you're not able to sign in using cellular data only
Make sure that your iPhone, iPad, or PC has a strong Internet connection and that you've turned on cellular data on your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data. If this setting is off, you might not be able to access your Apple ID and iCloud when not connected to a Wi-Fi network.
