Tax refund on pickup on Apple Store

Hello i'm going a touristic vacation in 2 weeks later and I want to buy iPhone 14 pro in Italy but now, just way is pick up on Apple store to get a new iPhone because every store has out of stock .

I have questions about a refund on online payment picked-up orders. Can I tax refund online paid pickup on Apple store orders? Is it possible? If it is able what do I need to?
