Locked out of iPad

I’m locked Out of my iPad and I don’t have a computer to reset my 4 digit passcode. Is there a way to get around this without using a computer?

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support

Or visit an Apple Store and seek assistance there.
