My Iphone 13 showing washed out Colors ( Dark grey becoming Lighter ) when i take it out in sunlight

My Iphone 13 is showing washed out colors specially the dark grey becomes lighter uncertainly. I noticed as i take my phone in direct sunlight this thing happens and main issue is that it does not changes to normal when taking the phone back inside or in a dark area. Then i have to restart my phone to fix this issue. I really annoyed with all this happening for a uncertain time period. I just bought my iphone 13 and its just 1 month old and i started facing issues like this which make me feel sad.

I have Truetone off, auto brightness is off and color filters in accessibility is also off and i am on latest ios version i.e. 16.2 and all my apps are updated.

Please provide me the permanent fix if anyone knows. Efforts are appreciated.
