Itunes not displaying anything except blank screen

Hi All,

I am facing the below issue with itunes 12.12.7 in windows 10 dell laptop. Its showing blank screen, if we click mouse its disapplying the menu as below.

Viewing "My Account" and iTunes Store on iTunes for Windows PC (using W10) I have no problem logging into iTunes or viewing/playing from my library. However, when I select "View / View My Account," absolutely nothing happens. I also can't see anything when I try to connect to the store except a blank screen with "iTunes Store" in the middle. No internet issues. I've tried restarting the computer without any luck. I'm pretty sure this has happened to someone before. Can you help? It's driving me crazy!

Problem solved with 12.9 version.
