Recover Apple Watch Loop (Series 6)

My Apple Watch Series 6 keeps asking prompting me that “There is a problem with this Apple Watch that requires it to be updated or restored”. It never restores and just repeats the process. I’ve already tried unpairing it from my iPhone too :( pls help.

Apple Watch stuck on recovery mode after iOS 8 update So I've been getting notifications to update my watch's iOS which I did last night thinking that it would be fine. But I woke up this morning to my watch asking to be brought near to my phone only to find another pop up that said that there's something wrong with my watch and it needs to be recovered. Did all of those steps and now I'm just stuck in a loop of recovery mode on my watch. My iPhone's iOS is 15.6.1 so it should be okay, I tried forced-resetting the watch and it still takes me back to the recovery mode. Is there anything I can do before I bring it to Apple and/or(god forbid) get a new one?

stuck in recovery After my watch wanted to upgrade, all it does now is go round in circles. From the Apple logo in the centre with the rings going round and then asking a nearby iPhone to “Recover Apple watch” with a statement saying There is a problem with Apple Watch that requires updating or restoring. You press the tab “OK” the then displays a six digit number which you input on an iPhone, the watch starts the cycle over. After several attempts of doing this, unpairing my phone, doing a hard reset, several times, nothing is working. My watch was working perfectly fine until the this so called update. Please help Thank you

My apple watch series 3 wont restore my watch will not complete restore and my phone will not find a software update. Anyone know how to fix this? I feel lost without my watch.
