Hey MicrosoftSolitaireError101,

Were you able to follow the steps to view your purchase history using the guide you just viewed? Those steps should allow you to view your purchase history. Here's the link, just in case: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

Do you still show you have the amount of storage you're paying for when checking? Here's how to check: Check your iCloud storage on any device - Apple Support

Thanks and take care!

Eventually, I was able to find my Purchase History & then, since there was no Print option, Print Screen & copy to Blank Word Doc then print for my records. It was much easier to just print out the email receipt when I was receiving those. I'm sure they were computer generated emails, so why did that stop? I don't believe that I changed anything, so it had to be on Apple's end. Is there a way for me to get the email receipts again?

Hi MicrosoftSolitaireError101,

You should receive email receipts at the Apple ID email address used to make the purchases. If you're not receiving those, a good start is to check any spam or junk folders you might have. There's not a setting that would disable the automated email receipts, so we recommend double-checking those or any rules/filters you have in place. These settings would vary depending on your email service provider, and you might be able to check those by signing in to your account through a web browser.

Let us know what you find.

Take care.

I checked Settings for my email and searched for any email addresses in the Blocked list for anything with apple or apple.com in the address and there were none in that list.

I did find email addresses in the Safe Senders List as follows:

appleid@id.apple.com

iCloud@insideapple.apple.com

no_reply@email.apple.com

noreply@email.apple.com

your_order_us@orders.apple.com

If the receipt would be coming from any of the above emails, then I should be receiving them.

Are any of these addresses the address from which the receipt would be sent?

Am I missing an address that I should add to the Safe Senders List?

Are any of these addresses bogus addresses that shouldn't be in the Safe Senders List?

I check my Junk folder every day for entries that shouldn't be there and if I find one, I move it to my Inbox. The possibility that I missed one from Apple isn't unheard of, but the odds that I have been missing it every month for the past 6 months are pretty high since I check the Junk folder religiously every day and I check each and every email in that Junk folder prior to deleting them.

I did as you suggested and went to Apple Support and as usual Apple Support was no help whatsoever which is the result I usually get when I try to get help from a site that thinks it knows more about what I need than I do. Apple Support takes me to their programmed questions, none of which match my needs in order to find an answer to my particular issue.
