Unable to use the screen
The accessory may not be supported notification is frozen on my screen I am even unable to restart or shut down my phone because the screen is stuck help please

It sounds like your iPhone is frozen. To address this behavior, simply force restart your iPhone.
On your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus
1. Press and hold both the side button and the volume down button until you see the Apple logo.
This step can be found in If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen.
