Blocked on apple music

This is a very specific question. But if someone blocked you on apple music, but you shared one of your playlists with them, And they still have it. When you add songs to the playlist will it still update for them? Or will it just show them the version of the playlist from before they blocked you? Also it says they still have the playlist added. Is that not accurate? Like is it just showing that they still have it added because they blocked me before deleting it or something?
