The error message says everything, including how to fix the issue. You either have too many connected devices on a single port, or one of those devices needs more power than what the port can provide. A USB port can only supply so much power to external devices. Once your connected devices go over the power limit, you will either need to use a powered dock/hub or use a dedicated power supply to one or more of the connected devices. Or you will need to disconnect a device or devices when using some devices which require more power.
