You cannot. The passcode requirement is a safety feature to stop unqualified people from making changes to your Apple ID.

That’s exactly why we do not share passcodes. If others know your passcode, I would recommend changing it, then not sharing it.

Many thanks for your kind support. Sure it is a safety feature, however, any one knows my device’s passcode can change the apple Id and using it for any reason.!!
