I’m living inGeorgia ( country) and i’m trying to buy icloud storage. but its keep saying that i have to have USA debit or credit card.

If your Apple ID is set to the US, then you need a U.S. payment method.

If you live in Georgia then your Apple ID would need to be set to Georgia and not the US.
