How do I enable MMS to send texts to everyone on my new M@ chip Air?

MMS (and SMS) messaging requires a cellular phone. If you have an iPhone you can send/receive SMS/MMS messages with the Mac through the phone as described in Forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to your Mac or iPad - Apple Support
