I can’t connect my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iTunes

I Have IPHONE 11 Pro Max and having issue connects to iTunes I have visited iMatchine and iWorld they have updated my IOS to the latests version, but my issue hasn’t been solved as apple logo keeps appearing in the screen and keeps restarting(I have tried formatting my phone too

!!!).They have suspected a display issue and we both meed a solution. (My iPhone has never fell from me ever before nor been broken or gotten in any water source).
