I don’t remember my username and password
I am trying to set up my son Apple Watch but he forgot both username and password use it. I had tried many ways to set it up and I can’t find the way to set it up. Please help

The Apple ID can be retrieved and the password can be reset:
If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you have proof of purchase, Apple can disable the Activation Lock for your Apple Watch:
