My account has been disabled in the App Store in iTunes. How do i get this back?

my account has been disabled in the app store n I tunes. how do i get this back. i did have a small fraudulent billing and resolved it with credit card company. but now i have no access and cant update ups and cannot use without the updates.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
