FaceId is disabled in iPhone 14

Dear Apple,

I’m using iPhone 14 and my faceid isn’t working. It happened suddenly and i’ve tried all solutions to do. Phone shows me FaceId Issue in Parts and Service history. I bought my phone from Japan and I live in Turkey. I asked for help from official Apple Store in Turkey. They told me that they can’t help me with Japan devices. What am i gonna do now? Do i have to go to Japan or what? What about which country can help me with this warranty ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Face ID on your iPhone. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Make sure that your iPhone is up to date: Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
  2. Try resetting the Face ID settings: Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode, then tap "Reset Face ID". Follow the prompts to set up Face ID again.
  3. Try restarting your device.
  4. Check for any damage to your iPhone: If your iPhone has been damaged, it may be causing the Face ID issue. You can check for any visible damage by inspecting the front and back of the device. If you don't see any visible damage, the issue may be with the internal components of the device.
  5. Contact Apple Support: If you're still having trouble with Face ID, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance. You can do this by going to the following link: Contact - Official Apple Support.

I hope these suggestions help! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
