Apple Music won’t play on Echo Show but will on Echo Dot

I have had Alexa Echo Dot for over a year and it plays my apple music and playlists without any problems. I recently bought an Echo Show to add to my house. It is in another room. When I ask the Echo Show to play anything from Apple it will only play random stations and says it cannot find my playlists or popular songs that it should have no issue with. Again, this issue is not happening with the echo dot in the other room.

if I ask echo dot to play anything it will and if I ask to play in all rooms it will play on both devices.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can find online to make the echo show to work like the echo dot. (Reset to factory settings, disconnected the dot to see if it was due to a second device, unplugged, removed Apple Music from Alexa app and re linked etc…) I can’t figure this one out.

Anyone else had this issue and resolved? I can’t be the only person I’m sure.
