Health battery

Hi, I bought I phone 13 in March and as I noticed my battery is decreasing very fast. I only have the phone 10 months and my battery health is at 92%. Also, sometimes when they call me I can’t hear them and there are other times when the person who calls me can’t hear me at all. My question is, can apple replace my batteries and generally fix my phone through the warranty because it's obviously a problematic model? I mean, I paid a lot of money for the mobile phone, to have such problems in 10 months
